Beyond the Stand: The Experience Room
The beating heart of our presence this year was the Experience Room, an ambitious project designed to transport visitors directly into the core of the Martom Salon Concept. Not just a simple exhibition space, but a true immersive oasis where time seemed to slow down.
Inside the Experience Room, we aimed to offer much more than a simple visual representation: a true immersion into the Martom philosophy. This space was designed to allow visitors to experience firsthand what every client feels inside a Martom salon.
An enveloping, elegant, and harmonious environment where the pace slows down and every detail is designed to promote well-being and sensory connection. Guests were able to surrender to a moment of complete relaxation, guided by the expert hands of one of our educators performing the exclusive Touch Therapy technique, transforming the treatment into a truly regenerating ritual.
The Experience Room proved to be a fundamental tool for concretely communicating the value of our vision: a luxury defined by experience, emotion, and a deep care for the individual.
The exceptional turnout confirms a key insight: the global market is shifting toward a business model where salon identity and the quality of the experience offered are the true drivers of success.
